We are the fourth generation of entrepreneurs dedicated to carob. Our passion for this fruit has led us to look for new lines of commercialization by taking advantage of the natural virtues that carob can offer, which makes it one of the most complete superfoods and one of the most unknown at the same time.
Ceratonia Plus is a brand of the company Gregorio Martinez-Fortún (GMF). We have dedicated more than 40 years of trading with carob, kibbled carob, carob meal and carob seed.
At Gregorio Martínez-Fortún, we want to provide the food, pharmacology and cosmetics industries with the benefits of carob to the humans through our products, which have been extracted from carob without alterations to its natural structure and without the use of chemical products.
