Ghee Caldes d'Estrac has a delicately roasted flavor that also goes very well with different spices, including strong ones, making it a staple of Ayurvedic cuisine, widely used in vegetarian food and in countries like India and Thailand. Try using it with any type of spices, herbs or condiments such as garlic, turmeric, cumin, rosemary, ginger, cinnamon ... The Ghee Caldes d'Estrac can be stored at room temperature or refrigerated. It is best to leave it out of the refrigerator, its texture will be more silky. Its expiration date is two years, but once opened it is recommended to consume it within six months. Ghee Caldes d'Estrac is not a butter, although it resembles it in appearance and is usually called that way.
