Fideos Doña Dominga is an artisan factory of wholemeal pasta, located in Tandil, Argentina.
Its pasta is characterized by being made in the purest Italian artisan tradition using raw materials, that are all provided % by local farmers.
Its main objective is to provide healthy food to the world and thus encourage more hectares of land being turned over to agroecology, multiplying biodiversity and building resilience in the face of the climate crisis.
