Our pistachios are grown in the lands of Don Quijote, in La Mancha. Our continental climate with a wide temperature range is  ideal for growing pistachios. 

Thanks to the arid land and the sparce rainfall, the fruit can concentrate more flavors. We farm organically on our fields because  we like nature.
