Sonia Pascual, in love with nature and the beauty of Argentine Patagonia, decided to undertake a sustainable project there. This is how Cuyen came about. It has grown variety of fine fruit that since 1996 has been certified by Argencert.
Located in El Hoyo, a town nestled between small valleys 200 meters above sea level, which, with the contrast between short and very cold days in winter, and long and sunny days in summer, give the fruit their unmatched flavor, size and color. Using these select fruits, the dedicated Cuyen team crafts its products, which are also certified by Argencert.
Production is carried out following traditional methods in small quantities to end up with jams and preserves with unique characteristics of flavor, aroma, color and texture. We make red fruit jams with organic sugar and an unsweetened version with organic must, as well as, fruit in syrup.
