Montsoliu is a producer of organic eggs and certified by the CCPAE (Catalan Council for Organic Agricultural Production).

We add value to our region, because Montsoliu is also a project based on the recovery of farms and fields in the region of Girona.

Since 2012 we have recovered 15 disused farms to convert them into organic hen laying farms.
